The location is simply perfect for exploring the city: right under the apartment are bars, restaurants and typical venues, ideal for experiencing the authentic Venetian atmosphere.

The accommodation offers a large bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped open-space kitchen and an elegant dining table, perfect for moments of relaxation or sharing a meal together. The living area is enhanced by windows from which you can enjoy a suggestive glimpse of the Grand Canal, making the experience even more unique.

The property also has two welcoming bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, both equipped with a shower.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

The Best of Venice

My family had a great 2-night stay in this beautiful, clean, and perfectly located apartment in Venice. The apartment was well-appointed, very clean, and had plenty of space for my family to be comfortable, and being just a few yards from the canal, was quiet after hours. Great location, very clean and just as described in the listing! The property manager arranged for a water taxi to and from the airport for us. It was perfect! Dropped us off just in front of the apartment so we didn't need to travel far with all our luggage. We were met upon arrival so no need to wait for check in. Highly recommend!
