The entire staff was super friendly especially Silvia who helped us coordinate transportation and the water taxi directly to the airport! Room was awesome with a view of the main canal. Location was perfect to walk the entire city. Will be staying there again!

The hotel staff were wonderful. Checking in was very easy and let us know if we were needing any suggestions of places to eat, see etc they were more than happy to assist. I requested an ironing board and she set it up promptly with a beautiful view. The breakfast was amazing! That in itself provides a great value for the stay. The location was great and felt very central.

Shower good. Best vaporetto stop for the hotel is Rialto Mercato. It is the same distance to the hotel as Rialto Vaporetto stop without having to drag your case up and down over the Rialto bridge. Listen to receptionist for best places to eat. Good stay.

The breakfast was amazing! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The only thing of our concern was the room was kind of small, but if you’re out exploring all day, you really don’t need a big room would definitely recommend to stay in Venice as it’s close to the Rialto.
