The Biennale Terrace is a centrally located and eclectic two-bedroom apartment found at the first floor of a small building with beautiful canal view.
It features all the most desirable characteristics that a visitor could want: a beautifully furnished and cosy living-dining room connected to a lovely terrace overlooking a picturesque canal, a fully equipped kitchen and two comfortable double bedrooms, in a central but quiet part of the San Marco District served by public transports and plenty of good restaurants, bars and shops.
The spacious living room has a slightly Latin feel, with Terrazzo Veneziano flooring, wooden beamed ceiling, plenty of natural wood furniture and interesting artworks. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, built-in wardrobe and a nice desk; the second bedroom has two single beds that can be set up as a double, plus built-in wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stylish dark green marble countertop. The white marble bathroom has a large shower cabin.
This amazing apartment has Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in every room, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, 4-burners gas stove, oven, kettle, satellite TV, DVD player and other appliances. There is also a good selection of books in the library.
The great plus is the quiet and spacious terrace. It has a wonderful view of a picturesque canal and it is furnished with a nice wooden table and chairs, a big sun umbrella and two deck chairs. The terrace is so quiet because the canal is too small for large boats and the street opposite the terrace is a narrow dead-end without pedestrian traffic.
The location of the Biennale apartment, just steps away from Campo Sant'Angelo, is fabulous. It is less than a 10 minutes’ walk to Piazza San Marco, the Rialto or the Accademia Bridge. It is highly recommended for anyone who seeks quietness in an authentic Venetian neighbourhood. The caring owners invite their guests to care for this special home as if it were their own.
Additional Rules & Information
• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via Airbnb.
• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.
• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page
• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.
• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.
• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.
• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
