Perfect for what we wanted.
My family of four stayed in this hotel for one night. Large, spacious, warm room that was comfortable and fit for purpose. Easy , close Access from Venice Mestre train station and the FlixBus drop off. This is a great place to stay if you don’t want to stay in the middle of Venice, but want to go in easy. There’s an amazing focaccia and coffee cafe 50 m away. I highly recommend. Prices are great and the ladies Fantastic there. Fantastic staff but extra kudos for Fabio on the front desk. He was more than helpful and had a fantastic attitude.

BOOKING ASAP CHEAP CLEAN AND STAFF VERY HELPFUL
The place is close to the train station,very clean and organize, with kitchen very helpful to prepare you breakfast if you want to cook. Rose take care for our logage, while we take a trip in a gondola. Omar help us to explain how to use the train and explore by ourselves instead taking a expensive tour. The other girl Andreea explain to us how the laundry works. Thank you guys for all the job you do and gor the good communication. I will booking with you next Venezia visit

Location is great, very close to the train station with a very big room. The noise cancelation was great, one touch to turn off all lights, blanket covering instead of under sheets. However, there was multiple broken/inconvenient pieces within the room. Shower drain was clogged, mechanic to switch shower head was missing and needs replacement. Overall good but the small things make it less than perfect.

Overall the property was in a great location and the reception team were very polite and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious with a kitchen, however my room did not lock unless the door was slammed shut, which I realised when closing the door on departure.

Was super excited to stay there but unfortunately I accidentally searched and booked a room for October 2/3, instead of 3/4 at 11:55pm after flying in from Canada and being exhausted. I called the hotel immediately and asked if they could please help me and rectify my screw up. They said no, I’d have to go through Expedia. I have dealt with a TON of hotels that have been booked through Expedia and they are usually able to make changes if something happens. I got a hold of an awesome agent through Expedia and she tried dealing with them directly as well. They said that I can put in a new booking for the next day, pay again, and then they can forward my request to the manager to see if I can get a refund. So pay another 360$ and hope that they would refund me in 5 business days. Cmon. I know I screwed up, but it was a screw up minutes before midnight and I’m sure the change in the booking wouldn’t have put the hotel out. I offered to pay any difference and penalty/admin fee for their time. Anyways, lesson learned. There are hotels that are willing to help and care about their customers and others that don’t, and it’s just sad.
