Located on the island of Giudecca, a less crowded tourist area, yet just a few minutes from Piazza San Marco, the Sunrise Apartment enjoys a splendid view of the Venice lagoon. On the second and last floor (two flights of stairs), overlooking the private garden, the newly renovated Sunrise Apartment consists of an entrance hall, a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a queen-size bed, third bedroom with exercise bike and two bathrooms, on about 110 square meters. The Sunrise Apartment is equipped with: flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, drying rack, iron and ironing board, electric oven, induction hob, toaster and hairdryer.
A few steps from the apartment you will find numerous restaurants, bars / pastry shops, supermarkets, pharmacies.
To visit the Churches of the SS. Redeemer and of S. Eufemia (one of the oldest in Venice) as well as the Casa dei Tre Oci, which hosts prestigious photographic exhibitions, the Giudecca island offers the possibility of jogging in tranquility along the shore (over 2 km in a straight line) with the priceless view of San Marco, San Giorgio Maggiore and Zattere.
