It was a beautifully designed hotel. A feeling of calm and quiet. The room was peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and staff here friendly and attentive. The only criticism we had was that the lighting in sink vanity area was really bad. Almost impossible to put on makeup or take eye contacts in and out and no hooks or towel bars for towels in sink vanity area.

The hotel was very convenient. Right by the train station and in walking distance to everything. The vaporetto is right outside and the bus station is just 10min away. We were there for 3 nights and the breakfast was included and very good. Water was available for us in the room. The only complaint is the noise from the street below. There’s not much insulation in the walls or the windows. The air conditioning was great especially from those hot temperatures outside. The rooms are always clean when we come back everyday. It’s a very nice place to stay. The newly renovation makes it feel cleaner and newer. The staff are not very helpful with the area. He tried to tell me misinformation about the strike while we were there. Luckily we researched and checked it properly.

Great hotel, great service , great location!

Great hotel, clean , modern and has a spacious garden at the back with seatings, the best part being its a 3 min walk from the station, we stayed in 2 bedrooms.

Stay at this hotel was top quality besides the fact that they ran out of slippers. The hotel was clean, substantial space in room and washroom. Location was great. Walkable distance to Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma. San Marco 30mins walk away but a nice walk. Close to the Fondamenta Nove for ferries to Murano/Burano. Great stay! Definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel! Superb location, very attentive staff, extremely clean and super close to the train station. A real gem of a hotel with contemporary outfittings. Smallish bar and nice breakfast area. Don’t overlook the landscaped park in the back.

Hotel ao lado da estação de trem! Atendimento simpático e cordial no geral. Ambiente do hotel aconchegante com luz indireta e música ambiente baixinha e adequada. Quarto enorme com uma cama maravilhosa, que te abraça e um chuveiro ótimo com pressão. Café da manhã com bastante variedade e produtos de muita qualidade, com ovos mexidos. Até sashimi de salmão tinha! Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar la!
