Great location, very close to S Marco square! You can see top of the bell tower from the bathroom window. Great communication for check in. Tatiana was great and helped us with questions about transportation, getting to and from the airport. She even helped us compare prices with different options available. The place was clean and kitchen was equipped with things we needed to cook with. Wish they had paper towels and napkins available. Bathroom was renovated and nice to have a bath tub separate from the shower. I recommend the location, walking distance to many eating places and main attractions, however, beware of the many flights of stairs (to go onto the property, and also once inside the apartment, another flight of stairs to go inside, and another one to get to the top, where the bathroom is located). This could be difficult for people who have a hard time going up stairs or if you have too much luggage/heavy bags. There is one main a/c unit which is more central to the place - if you keep it running continually with the flaps facing down and the bedroom doors open with ceiling fans on, you can get the whole place cooled off. They explained that in that area you are not allowed to have more than 1 a/c unit per apartment. There's a nice outdoor patio area available, as well as possible access to a washer for laundry, if you request access.
