83 Gills Cliff Road is a pet friendly property and a sun worshippers paradise, it is located in upper Ventnor and offers spectacular sea views across Ventnor Haven and the English Channel from a number of rooms at the front of the property as well as the top deck of the terraced garden. This beautiful Three storey property was built in 1850 and has been recently refurbished.to a high standard. There are three bedrooms with sleeping for five people, the property has pretty flower lined winding steps up to the front of the property where there is a bench to sit and enjoy an early morning coffee whilst watching the sunrise.
The well-equipped ground floor kitchen and separate dining room with sea views and French Doors out to the front garden greets you on arrival, walk up the stairs to the first floor landing where a single bedroom, family bathroom and sitting room with beautiful sea views and a cosy wood burner for those chilly nights are waiting. Stairs lead up to the second floor where you will find a twin bedroom, WC and master bedroom with views overlooking the sea.
Steps to the side of the house lead up to garden at the the rear of the property, these take you to a patio, some additional steps then take you up to the deck with picnic table for some alfresco dining. Walk through the picket gate and up some more steps past the shingle and maturing flower beds, you will then reach the top deck with rattan furniture to sit and enjoy the sea views. Please take care on the steps up to the top deck as they are steep and uneven in places. The top deck provides pure tranquility to enjoy the sea views and take in the sea air.
Additional Information: One small well behaved dog (Additional cost) Travel cot and highchair available on request (please bring your own cot linen). Barbecue provided. Please leave the barbecue in the condition you would wish to find it. Thank you in advance. Please be aware some steps in the garden are steep and uneven and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or young children. The bedding is non-feather.
