It was very nice. I was surprised that we were across the street from the highway, but it was a really short walk to Main Street for restaurants and bars and shops and surprisingly just as short a walk to the beach and promenade. Breakfast was nice and they accommodated my request for a separate tortillas because I didn’t want a breakfast burrito with meat in it and they were premade. Because we weren’t disturbing anyone, we weren’t kicked out of the hot tub right at 10. My only thing I didn’t like was paying extra for a balcony when the balcony is more like a small room with a window.

Clean all around, updated room and bathroom, great location, walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants, the pier and downtown. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really great!!! I appreciated this the most. They serve a variety of hot, freshly made choices, delicious burritos, including fresh fruit ( watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, bananas), bagels, toast, waffles. We enjoyed their Happy Hour as well : buffalo wings, pizza, nachos, popcorn, wine, beer, soft drinks… all free. We’re definitely coming back. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is for the noise coming from the nearby freeway.

The front desk was nice and check in was really simple. Parking was easy and assessable. The hotel was also offering complementary snacks, we did not have any, but I thought that was nice. The room was clean, but right away the toilet was running like the water wasn’t filling up in the tank. The flushing handle had to be messed with multiple times after a flush to begin filling up the tank and getting rid of the noise. I also had to get rid of 3 little nats on the wall. The air conditioner did bring the room temp down and the beds weren’t terrible. Overall the hotel is in a good location close to restaurants.

The room was really nice quiet and clean. I even had a really cool "fireplace heater" in my room and a robe & furry flip-flops TOO!!! "WHAT"!!!!! SOO COOL!!!! I will be staying here again next year 100% for the reptile show.

Great option to stay local to ventura. The drive to santa barbara was approximately 30mins. Quiet and clean hotel, had no issues with anything. The staff was great and extremely friendly.

Everything was maybe just ever so slightly above average. The breakfast staff were super and it was nice to have a hot food buffet with chilaquiles no less. Paid for a view that was essentially non existent so don’t bother. The fireolace was cool but not visible from lounge areas so that made no sense. That said the room and bathroom with two sinks was awesome! Parking easy and secure. Always a bonus for road travelers.
