Beware if you pay more for higher floors! The top floor is an event center. The walls in our room shook and the noise was unbearable to the point that you couldn’t hear the TV. And the noise continued until 11:45 PM!

Valet and Check-in staff were super friendly and great. Our room was ready early, which is always appreciated. It was clean and comfortable. Although the room was “ocean view”, it was fine, but located at the very opposite end of the building (away from the beach). Our room was adjacent to the street, across from the freeway and train tracks (which was loud). The A/C didn’t work, but maintenance was quick to respond and replaced the whole unit while we were out. And, the lobby bar was great. Overall, I’d stay again.
