Firstly, I called ahead asking about the pet policy only to be yelled at by the owner/manager (? - unsure) that I should cancel my reservation & go someplace else and hung up. After checking in, I was given a 2nd floor room which was fine as I didn't ride & left those rooms for bikers who rode to the event I was attending. Once in my room, I had to plug the TV & cable box back in to make them work. I went to the restroom to find black mold/mildew surrounding the window.....for your breathing pleasure, as well as wallpaper peeling throughout. I stepped outside & noticed the pool was "skateboarding ready" as it was empty and appears it has been for a while. The vinyl plank flooring has shrunk & began delaminating. Lastly, i found a cleaning rag on the floor by the TV credenza. Needless to say, I won't be back.

I booked the room online and was on the road on my way to the property when I got an email that the reservation was canceled. It was booked at pay on arrival so I rang the woman and she told me my credit card was bad (it wasn’t) and that I needed to give her a cashiers check like I had promised (never spoke to her before) and that she’d been ringing and ringing me (no calls) and told me 100 times (never spoke before). I tried to ask how I could have already known when I had just booked and was still driving and she slammed the phone down. She is obviously insane.

Very run down

The hotel was very dingy and had the total ick factor. It was very run down, I got it for a friend that was in town, and after I saw it, I was embarrassed that he had to stay there. I think he stayed there one night and he said he slept on top of the bed.

DO NOT BOOK!

Did not stay. Front desk canceled before I arrived. Called front desk and never apologized for canceling and just hung up on me. Very rude and terrible customer communication.
