Surrounded by greenery, the Malve cottage welcomes you with a bright veranda that gently blurs the line between indoors and outdoors. Here you can enjoy the view of the garden in any weather—whether the wind is rustling through the leaves or raindrops are quietly falling on the glass. It's a place to take a deep breath and unwind.

On the ground floor is the open-plan living room/kitchen with dining table, ideal for cozy meals after an eventful day. The sitting area with satellite TV (German and French channels) invites you to relax in the evenings. A single bed complements the living area and offers additional flexibility.

The bedroom is located on the first floor with a comfortable double bed (1.40 m × 2.00 m) and wardrobe – a quiet retreat for a restful night's sleep. The small daylight bathroom with shower lets in soft light in the morning. The entire upper area is fitted with wooden parquet flooring, emphasizing the natural, French country atmosphere of the house.

Fees for final cleaning of €70 and for bed linen and towels of €15 per person are to be paid in cash on site.

La Vicomterie - a restful haven !

It is a small but very well maintained property with all you need for a comfortable holiday. The garden is lovely and the views wonderful. Beate and Alexander are very friendly , kind and very helpful. I would go back again for sure.

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans ce petit gîte. Le jardin qui entoure le bâtiment composé du logement de la propriétaire et de trois autres gîtes est agréable. L'ensemble correspond au descriptif du site.

La Vicomterie

Nette Unterkunft, schöner Garten mit Tieren, ökologisches Bewusstsein. Einziger Mangel: das Doppelbett war zu schmal 140 cm, das Einzelbett war miserabel von der Matratze her. Sonst sehr gut organisiert was die Unterbringung der persönlichen Sachen angeht.

Séjour en verte campagne

Un gite pour 2 à 3 personnes bien équipé. Lit ferme mais agréable pour dormir. Disposition d'un BBQ. Possibilité de disposer des lieux externes pour déjeuner à l'ombre. Bref, un lieu où l'on pourra revenir.

Wohnung absolut enttaüschend

Die Wohnung war kalt, keine Heizung im Wohnzimmer, falls dieser fast unmöblierte Raum als solches zu bezeichnen ist. Küche ebenfalls kalt, obwohl diese Heizung den "Wohnraum" mithelfen soll! Keine gemütliche Atmosphäre, keine Möbel ausser 2 Küchenstühle und ein alter Zweisitzer. Bad kalt und nüchtern, wie alles hier. Im Winter nicht zu vermieten, unser Fazit.

Absolut ruhig gelegener Ferienhof mit großem Garten und herzlichen Gastgebern

Dank der guten Weg-Beschreibung haben wir den Ferienhof sofort gefunden. Der Empfang war schon sehr herzlich. Die Gastgeber wohnen auch in dem Ferienhof und sind jederzeit für Fragen, Wünsche und Ratschläge verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll renoviert und bietet alles - und noch viel mehr - was man so als Feriengäste braucht. Es gibt einen kleinen Selbstbedienungsladen mit einer kleinen Auswahl von leckeren Bio-Weinen, Bio-Konfitüre, Kaffee, Tee u.a. Und das Kunsthandwerk aus Uganda sind originelle Geschenke für zu Hause. Die Region ist sehr zu empfehlen, der Ferienhof liegt in der schönen Bocage-Landschaft, die zum Wandern einlädt. Die Strände sind endlos lang und sehr selten überfüllt. Und an den etwas kühleren Tage haben wir Sehenswürdigkeiten wie alte Klöster, Schlösser, Kathedralen und Städte wie Coutances, Granville und Avranches besichtigt. Wirklich zu empfehlen!

Séjour de 3 nuits très agréable

Gite idéalement situé, au calme et à proximité de nombreuses balades pour découvrir la Manche. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire, la tranquillité, l'endroit est idéal pour se ressourcer. J'y retournerai sans hésitation si l'occasion se présente !
