Had a voucher presented in checking in but front desk said she will have to do another paper work for that so I should just keep it for next time for have a better deal, her suggestion is good but find it just lazy and not accomodating the guest request for what if guest does not have extra money to pay and rely on that voucher. Ended up paying and just keep that paper which I thought is the one I want to use that day.Elevator is also not working but was put in the 3rd floor with my dog not sure if their 2nd floor is full for the man infront of me was put in 2nd floor .Room was so far to walk and bring my stuff makes me more sore from the walk and stairs have to dealt with. Location is good but staff should be more accomodating next time and be considerate for guest.
