Welcome to your rustic and modern 600 sq ft mountain-front oasis! Located on the 3rd floor of The Appalachian Hotel, this condo offers incredible ski-in/ski-out access and stunning views of the Kittatinny Mountains from the living room, bedroom, and private balcony.

The cozy living room features a seasonal gas fireplace (Oct-May), a comfortable new full-size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, and an HD TV with Roku. The master bedroom is a true retreat, with a comfy king-sized bed featuring a high-end Ikrema memory foam mattress, a stylish accent wall, and a second Roku-equipped TV.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped galley kitchen, which includes a nearly full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a wine fridge. The dining table comfortably seats four.

The spacious bathroom includes a separate bathtub and shower, plus a towel warmer for extra comfort.

Check-in is contactless. Your unique door code will be the last four digits of the phone number associated with your reservation.
Due to our cleaning schedule, we cannot accommodate late check-outs. An early check-in may be possible if there is no guest departing on your arrival day; please inquire.
You will be provided with one parking pass for the underground garage, per HOA regulations. We cannot provide additional passes.
The resort amenities (pool, hot tubs, sauna) are managed by the building and their hours (typically 10 AM
10 PM) are subject to change without notice.
The internet is a building-wide service. While generally reliable, we cannot guarantee its performance or availability.
We provide a starter set of essentials: four K-cups, shampoo, soap, and paper products. You will also find fresh linens and one bath towel per registered guest for your entire stay.
