Okanagan Lake waterfront at its best. This charming house is located directly on the water and has a fantastic dock. Located just a few hundred yards from Paddle Wheel Park and boat launch. Whether you want to relax on the water and enjoy the stunning views, jump off the dock and float around all day, or enjoy all the entertainment that Vernon offers, this house is perfect for everything. Bring your boat, this property has two buoy's for larger boats with plenty of water depth. Plenty of grass and green space in the back yard along with a fair sized beach area depending on current water levels. Enjoy the beautiful Okanagan sunsets from the large elevated deck with table and chairs for eating and relaxing. Or take a break from the sun and enjoy the shade in the large ground level covered patio area.

This house is air conditioned and is complete with three bedrooms, two upstairs and one down. Daybeds in the downstairs family room are perfect for kids.
