My sister and I checked in around 7pm and checked out 11am the next day. I asked if we can have a later check out due to the late check in and I was immediately told no with an attitude by the front desk associate Vicky. I totally understand if that’s the hotel policy, but I did not need to be addressed that way. Regardless the bed was cozy and they have a pool which should been nice during the summertime.

The A/C was very loud. Contacted the concierge and they had a maintenance person conclude that it needed a new compressor. They did not have any other rooms to put me in. Slept with ac off and it was uncomfortable and warm. I wouldn’t be staying here in the future.

The hotel venue is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and convenient walking distance to the mountain. However, without speaking to staff, the check in process was VERY confusing. Upon arrival, we walked in circles and across the street trying to figure out parking, where to to pickup lift tickets,etc. Only to later discover the two entities are not connected in business!
