Multiple issues with this hotel. I do want to say all the staff were very nice. First night there was no WiFi. Showed the front desk that none of my devices worked. They said “that’s so weird”. Nobody working was interested in looking into it because the front desk was fine. Apparently, they thought I was an idiot. The worst problem was a urine smell coming from my toilet. I reported it and it was not remediated over a 4 day stay. I asked to move rooms and was told they were unable to honor the request because the hotel was sold out. I have a hard time believing them. The breakfast food was generally cold. I was pretty disappointed as the rating was really high.

Check-in was easy. Staff very friendly. They even recognized me again the next day. Plenty of parking. Room temp was comfortable. Breakfast was fully stocked. Really good location for Hutchinson Island. Great place and I will absolutely stay here again!
