We went on Valentine’s Day and we arrived a little early and they said that they would contact us as soon as the room was ready. We waited for a long time they did not ever call. That was disrespectful to offer that and then did not follow thru. When we mentioned this to the staff they almost laughed at us. This was our second time staying there. Both times we stayed overnight to attend a concert at The Sunrise Theater. We will look at other hotels in the future.

I have stayed at the property many times, it’s ideal for beach access quiet weekends away, boating and fishing They do practice surge pricing and the price can vary depending on time of year The breakfast is basic but I think has got worse of late with lack of care and not always topped up if you are not down at 7 am

The staff was quite friendly and very accommodating. You couldn’t ask for better service. I would be more than happy to visit again soon. The person at the counter had a lovely smile and was really nice.

This hotel is old, but has been remodeled nicely. It was nice having a balcony. The linens were clean, but the mattress was not supportive. Maybe it is because we are used to a foam mattress and this was a spring mattress. Breakfast was good. The employees were wonderful, very accommodating and always with a smile.

I am a South Florida resident making this property a relatively short distance away (100 miles). I come up here a few times a year just for an overnight stay and never tire of it. It's friendly, relaxing and a number of bars/restaurants are within walking distance.

The front desk staff were very helpful and very friendly. We had a problem with our car and they helped me find a repair shop. Also, my husband was ill and they very kindly allowed us to have a late check out with no charge. That certainly help take some of the stress off of me. Thank you.

Very short staffed, front lobby girl by herself trying to manage coffee and breakfast. Ran out of food and coffee, guests asking at desk and quite upset. Constant smell of weed from permanent resident at neighboring property. Chose and paid for premium room, ended up in handicapped room.

Great location/needs updated a bit

The hotel is in a great location. I think they need to update the doors for the rooms. I was able to hear everything in the hallway. If you're looking for a place to just sleep and not really stay and relax this is perfect.
