It is a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. It is about 8 miles from the beach and grocery stores are about 5 minutes away. There is room to park in the driveway as well. This room is an extension of the house but it is completely closed off and has its own personal entrance. It is also about 15 minutes away from our Vero beach mall and the highway is nearby as well. We are just a knock away if the guest needs anything.

there is no public transportation near by but we offer a taxi service with an extra fee starting from $10.00

Quiet hours from *10 pm till 8 am, Please leave the apartment clean of any garbage and leave the refrigerator empty of any food or drinks or you be charged a $100,00 fee also if you have pets please clean after them thank you. Pet limitation only small dogs and cats allowed and only 1 parking spot available on-premises.
