My wife, daughter and I stayed at this property for about a week. The property was not clean and the floor was covered in sand when we arrived. There were also ants everywhere so we couldn’t use the kitchen. Additionally there were many burnt out/ missing light bulbs, and medication was spilt on the floor which my toddler daughter found. She thankfully didn’t eat any. The sheets and pillows were also really uncomfortable. That being said the location was great, but was really disappointed with the property.

Great week on East coast
The unit was exactly what we expected, a simple residence to base our exploration from. Clean, dry & a comfortable bed with very easy water access. Took minutes to launch paddleboard & kayak. Easy paddle across to a natural area with both a sandy bottom & plenty of mangrove overhang to fish under. Many restaurants near enough to walk to (within a mile or less). Seal museum was a great option on a chilly day. The chillier than seasonal weather was really the only down point all week. Would certainly consider it for a future trip.

Great spot right on the water!
The cottage was perfect for our families- we rented all of the cottages and had our own little compound! Had the amenities needed for basic cooking and was a great spot to hang out! Thank you!
