Staff was extremely unprofessional, confrontational and seemed like he was not sober. Tried to get me to leave as soon as I walked in claiming there were no rooms available without even looking at the computer. I was given a smoking room when I requested non smoking. The room was infested with bugs, had barely any water pressure, door handle was about to fall off, holes in the wall and a burn hole on the sheets of the bed.

I currently have an open case regarding this with Orbitz. When we got there, we were told their systems were down and we had to wait in our car for 15 minutes. We weren’t allowed to wait inside we were told to wait in our car. When we went back in after 15 minutes, we were told they have no rooms available. Never spent the night there.

I’m convinced this place has fake reviews. Check In went okay, I accidentally left my phone in the lobby, right on the counter in front of the staff, we went to our rooms, immediately noticed I didn’t have it and tried calling it multiple times only for a drunk lady in lobby to answer it and hang up on me. I quickly went back to the lobby to retrieve my phone from this lady who was right in front of the gentleman that had checked us in who then didn’t help at all while said lady argued with me about it. Thanks a lot for the help there! Now we can continue to our disgusting rooms. We booked two separate rooms, both absolutely disgusting. When we pulled the blankets off the sheets not only had small stains but large stains as well. We slept fully clothed. The bathrooms were straight out of the 1980s with shotty repairs instead of repairing them the right way. We didn’t feel comfortable using them. We checked out right at 7am and haven’t looked back! Avoid this place.
