The room had roaches, blood stains on the carpet, and the light didn’t work in the bathroom. When I went to the front desk her response “well I’m sorry. There is nothing I can do about it.” This is unacceptable customer service by any hotel.

Room had roaches and the shower didn't have a handle. It smelled weird and the bed sheets were ripped up and holy and there were roaches crawling on the walls in the halls so I had to block off my room to try to keep them out. Room wasn't fresh.
