The living room has a 60' flat-screen smart TV over the fireplace. Watch a sports game, YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Disney+, karaoke, PlayStation fun, movies, and music - Entertainment galore!

Office desk and printer in the 4th bedroom for workaholics, remember you are on vacay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator w/ ice maker, toaster oven, blender, crock pot, fryer, food processor, and many utensils for those that love to cook or bake! Open to the dining, living, and pool deck.

Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with a 32' flat-screen smart TV and DVD player. Take a trip to the WILD side in this jungle-inspired room.

Soak your worries away and soothe your muscles in the Jacuzzi located in the master bath, one of my favorite rooms! Custom-made Corian countertops and shower stall with European fixtures and glass sink. Feel the need to iron your clothes? No problem, with the built-in iron workstation. High Efficiency (HE) washer and dryer is located within reach of the iron station.

Feeling a little down? You will love the Change Your Life bedroom, also called the creative section of the house. Here you will find yellow and blue fish making their way through the big blue sea and bedding that will melt your worries away. This room is furnished with a queen size bed including a 32' Smart TV, and DVD. There are also children's books, coloring books, crayons, etc here for childlike fun!

Aloha in the Hawaiian-inspired bedroom decorated with Hawaiian artist Dean Miller bedding. A painted doorway takes your thoughts to a place of tranquility overlooking a colorful hammock and sailboat off in the distance. Endless Summers will be had along with visions of surfing in this bedroom. Full-size bed with a 32' Smart TV and DVD player.

The pool is perfect for cooling off during the summer after a day at the beach. There are jets that help ease away aches and pains in your back. The open pool makes for great star gazing at night and sunbathing during the day. There are seating areas with umbrellas for those that want to enjoy the outdoors without getting too much sun. The pool is heated by an electric pool heater for those cooler evenings. For our long-term guests, you will be given the code to change temp on the pool heater. For those with small children, a pool fence can be installed before your arrival. A hammock is available for the pool deck, located where pool toys are kept. We love swinging in the hammock in the evening after a hot day and have seen shooting stars at night.

A propane grill is available with lots of fun for the family grill master, all while overlooking the pool.

Games and books can be found in the house including outside yard games. For those that like to play video games, there is a PlayStation 6 with a few games. (There are various game and movie rental facilities in the area.) We do offer YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and Disney+.

A tandem Old Towne river kayak with life preservers and paddles is available for your use along with two bikes. (Bring a life preserver for small children.) If you would like to ocean kayak or need additional kayaks there are rental companies that will take you out on guided tours. Highly recommended!

Skydive Sebastian is about 6 miles north of us. On a clear day, you can see both the east and west coasts of Florida. We have family that visits us just to skydive, I'm on to them!

Home is located 5 miles from Wabasso Beach over the Wabasso Bridge, 7 miles from Jaycee Beach over Merrill Barber Bridge

Visit Vero Beach or Sebastian to make memories, they last a lifetime! We sure have enjoyed this little piece of heaven we call home! And we know you will too!

Attn High Season, Jan-Mid April, Rentals: This time frame is typically booked a year in advance, as such we carry a strict cancellation policy, please ask before booking. Jan - Mar require monthly rental.

Smoking is not allowed in the house. Up to two pets are allowed with a restriction of breed, please ask. There is an additional fee of $125 per pet plus a $250 pet deposit. This fee is not included in the daily, weekly, or monthly rates and would need to be paid separately. Guest checks box agreeing to the rental agreement upon check out. We require that guest also fill in the pages that require initials/signature along with copy of their driver license. The owner allows the guest to select a four digit code that they would like to use during their stay. There is a ring doorbell and outdoor surveillance surrounding the home for your security and safety. Owner is a licensed Real Estate Agent.
