The room was not properly cleaned prior to my arrival. There were hair clippings from the previous guest left in the room, including on the chair, and overall the room felt dirty. The staff interaction was fine, but cleanliness was not up to an acceptable standard, which significantly impacted the stay.

Pros- check-in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean and smelt great. Cons- Bathtub drained slow. Tv did not work and there was no phone in the room to call front desk for assistance.

This is a very good basic hotel. Clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. The do not make up the rooms but you can return used towel for clean ones.
