Nonostante la prenotazione effettuata a luglio 2021 e confermata, nonostante il contatto telefonico nei giorni precedenti con il proprietario, al nostro arrivo ci ha rifiutato l'accesso con una scusa (acqua dal piano superiore). Alla richiesta di poter verificare, la casa era completamente sottosopra, stendini e biancheria ovunque, letti non fatti, disordine ovunque... Conseguenza: enorme disagio per impossibilità a trovare altra sistemazione per la notte (ovunque tutto esaurito)...stress ...preoccupazione...costretti a fare rientro viaggiando a notte inoltrata....cosa che volevamo evitare e motivo per cui avevamo cercato e trovato una sistemazione per la notte!

Rellay Nice place to stay in Verona. Away from all turist, and just a short walk to old town. Very good information about Verona. CRISTIAN IS the best host.
