Two floors villa with 150 square meters per floor with a total of 300 square meters.
- First floor: equipped kitchen, veranda on the garden, living room with fireplace and television, office, bathroom.
- Second floor: a master bedroom with Jacuzzi and 8 window offering view on the park city and city , a single room and two double rooms with a bathroom, shower and sauna.The furniture is recently renewed and is a misture of modern and old art style full of sculptures and old paintings. Any room has air conditioning and WIFI, each one bright, sunny and very silent with view on the park.
The large dining room is enriched with works of art and a large fireplace.
Outside there is a garden with a panoramic view, a gazebo with a dining table and sofa to relax outside and there is the possibility of making a barbecue Weber. A large park of 15000 square meters surrounds the property, there is a children's playground and a 17-meter swimming pool with salt water.
Around the pool there is a solarium with 8 modern deckchairs. A gazebo is in front of the pool. A shower is outside near the pool and another bathroom with shower is near the pool. The garden is embellished with a collection of modern art sculptures so any corner is to discover and enjoy! Every year we plant a vegetable garden so during the summer season you can find amazing fresh vegetable! This paradise in the countryside is located just 10 minutes away from the historical city centre. In a protected area of the park we have one donkey and some sheeps and the children often come to feed them and they enjoy very much of this experience.
The area is prestigious, very quiet and well served by the public transportation system. Good restaurants are within walking distance. There is one wine producer with its own restaurant producing red Valpolicella wine is just "at the corner". The grocery stores are located within a couple of minutes by car from the house. Possibility of cycling on bike paths outside the home and to enjoy simple walks in the bush.

After a bad experience at a hotel in another town, we did some last minute searching for a rental property near or in Verona. We hoped we could find something halfway decent, being that we wanted to cancel our existing 2-night stay that we had reserved a year ago, but it was literally for the very next day, so our hopes were limited. WOW, were we pleasantly surprised. Nicoletta was a joy of a host, and made sure we had all the comforts we could possibly want or need. The house itself was too good to be true for being available at the last minute. Gorgeous house and immaculate yard, with beautiful, fragrant plants in the large gardens, and the ART! My oh my, there is so much art in and out of the house. I believe Nicoletta and perhaps her husband made a lot of it themselves, which added a very personal touch to the home. This is a very special place, and I highly recommend anyone staying in this area with a car to reserve this now!

Wonderful stay in the hills above Verona

We were a group of 4 couples and stayed with Nicoletta for 4 nights. Our experience was amazing. Nicoletta is an artist, so the home and property have beautiful and unique sculptures everywhere. The bedrooms and bathrooms easily accommodated our group. Nicoletta was extremely helpful with advice and assistance in many ways including taxis, restaurants, and special services such as arranging a jewelry making experience for my wife. We did the thermal baths in Sirmione, the Pra winery in Soave and a guided tour in beautiful Verona. All exceptional! A in every way. Go; you will not be disappointed!!!

Beautiful villa in great location

We had a lovely stay here, the location of the villa is great, its set in the hills so all you can see from the property is green, yet only a 5 min drive into Verona and a 2 min walk to the closest restaurant. We stayed here with my parents and 2 young children (1 and 3) and there was plenty to entertain the kids, a covered play room behind the villa and access to a slide and swings too. The villa is well stocked with everything you need and there is a lovely outside seating area to enjoy meals and evenings together. The only reason I’ve brought it down to 4* is that there are a couple of bits around the property that are in need of some TLC. Overall though we had a great time and our host was brilliant, couldn’t have been more helpful.

Great place to bring the family

The home is a beautiful, spacious, fully working property with friendly and interesting hosts who were very helpful with anything we needed. The location is secluded on a hill for beautiful views of the city, so you probably do need a car, but it is located only minutes from stores and sites to see. The home is so pretty that you should talk to your kids about being careful with all the artwork and decorations. Highly recommended to other guests, and thank you for having us!

Wonderful experience!

I had an amazing experience staying at Nicoletta and Giovanni's villa. The villa presented better than the photo, very bright, airy, spacious, peaceful, clean, and the privacy was well protected. The owner is an artist and there were many lovely art pieces in the villa and the garden. The swimming pool was surprisingly big size for a private house! The villa was just outside of Verona city, it was very easy to access by car. Nicoletta is also a wonderful cook, she knows all the secret about Italian cooking (and her dishes are all healthy too!). I will highly recommend this villa. I am definitely going back to them again!! NicolettaとGiovanniさんのヴィッラの滞在は大変素晴らしいものでした。ヴィッラは写真で見るよりも大きく感じ、明るく、緑に囲まれているので空気も新鮮で、静かで、清潔で、プライバシーが守られていました。 オーナーのNicolettaさんはアーティストでもあり、彼女の素晴らしいアート作品がヴィッラの中、庭のいたるところに飾られているのがおしゃれでした。また、屋外プールも個人宅とは思えない程の大きさだったのも嬉しいサプライズでした。 このヴィッラはヴェローナの街中に隣接した郊外にあり、車で１０分もかからず到着します。（バスも出ているようです）丘の上にあるので、景色も抜群です。 Nicolettaさんは料理も大変上手で、イタリア料理について色々と教えてもらいました。伝統的なイタリア料理はもちろん、ヘルシーなレシピも得意だそうです。（美味しいリンゴのケーキ、ご馳走様でした！）優しくて気さくなオーナー夫婦に大変親切してもらい、また絶対に訪れたい場所になりました。

The place is full of art and unique details. Location is perfect for experiencing both Verona and surrounding areas. What’s more, our kids enjoyed the large swimming pool and outdoor areas. Beautiful property, gorgeous grounds and very gracious owners. Nicoletta cooked for us on our first evening and the food was to die for and so much, just what we needed. The house is wonderfully positioned on the hills with fabulous views and we walked into Verona each day - it is a 40 min walk and part of the road doesn't have a pavement so be careful. Thankyou so much Nicoletta for a wonderful break

The Villa is exactly as described, beautiful surroundings, lovely comfortable rooms with all the facilities you need. The owners , Nicoletta and Giovanni, were extremely welcoming and helpful. Verona is well situated for a trip to Venice and Lake Garda together with some wonderful villages to visit and enjoy dinner. We all agreed that we will return and I would certainly recommend it. I had some issues with Homeaway, they seemed a little disorganised particularly over the dates of my holiday but this is no reflection on the Villa or the owners.

This is a beautiful home full of interesting artistic sculptures by the owner, Nicholetta, who is a delightful lady. She and her husband provided us with lots of information about places to visit in Verona and Lake Garda. The house is lovely, with a charming outdoor patio entertainment area surrounded by beautiful gardens and a huge pool. The house is very warm and inviting, with a well-stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and comfortable living and dining areas. We used this property as a base to explore Verona, Lake Garda and Trentino. We definitely hope to return to this property in the near future.

Exactly as Described: Elegant Villa with Park

The villa truly is in a park, nicely buffered by tall trees but with a small working farm, vineyard, and olive grove adjacent. The outdoors areas are nicely set up for enjoying the surroundings (including outdoor sculptures, some by the hostess), with towels for swimming and blankets for chilly nights provided. The house is artfully decorated and spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, and the hosts (Giovanni and Nicoletta) beyond gracious and helpful. There is a very nice restaurant with a view within easy walking distance of the house. It has a menu varied enough to keep you entertained for several meals, also a bar for socializing. Shopping for groceries requires a little more walking, and the store was a little hard to find, so we did our shopping in Verona. We were able to text for cabs, which cost about 20 Euro each way--cheaper than a rental car even if we made multiple trips in a single day, and no worries about parking. The pool is shared with the property owners, who are onsite and available to offer guidance as needed. Our group (four women friends traveling together) did not find the sharing a problem, but people who are sticklers for privacy might be bothered by it. We had a wonderful vacation here and highly recommend the place.

Beautiful Property and a Kind Host!

The house was perfect for us, and Nicholetta was incredibly kind. There were 8 of us staying in the house for a weekend, and we never felt crowded--the house was so spacious. The outside area was beautiful, and the house was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, which I've found isn't always the case in rental apartments. The internet worked very well, too! The only small issue we had was that the hot water stopped working after the first day (but since our stay was short, it was not much of a problem).

Perfect location for a hot Summer's week

Six of us stayed very comfortably in this lovely villa. The weather was hot (end of June) and we really enjoyed the large pool and the lovely garden. We had other friends staying close by and the outside and inside entertaining areas were ideal for ten of us. The villa is a beautifully furnished family home, filled with imaginative sculptures by Nicoletta. There are plenty of good restaurants within close walking distance offering good food and great views over Verona. There is also a bus to town (about half an hour) if you don't want to drive. Nicoletta and her husband were on site in a separate apartment and there to help with directions, ideas or any problems (like the time we locked ourselves out!) I certainly recommend this villa for a family or group of friends for what it offers and its proximity to the beautiful city of Verona.

Elegant, stunning natural surroundings, perfect for friends and family holidays

We loved the warm welcome and care for every little detail. The interior design of the house is amazing and with beautiful natural light and colours all around. The area dedicated for children is also well looked after and there is plenty of space in the patio to enjoy the garden and spring weather! Too bad that it was still too cold to have a swim in the pool! Thank you, Nicoletta!

Si respira un'aria viva di unione armoniosa tra naturalezza e umanità, la proprietà è allietata dalle opere d'arte di Nicoletta Vascotto e dalle presenza degli animali che vi soggiornano nei pressi. Il proprietario è cordiale, discreto ed affabile.
