The 2 structures are equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, ultra-fast Wi-Fi up to 1 Gigabit / s) all included in the rental price.
We are located a few steps from the historic center of Verona, 700 meters from the main station of Verona and 7 km from the Valerio Catullo airport which can be reached by public transport or with our paid shuttle service (on request € 35).
We also have an agreement with a restaurant that offers breakfasts, lunches and dinners at discounted prices.
The Verona fair is only 2 km away.
Self check-in and late check-in are possible by prior arrangement.

Very satisfied with the apartment. Environment is nice & quiet during the night. Plenty of space for two persons. Rooms are clean. Bedroom with two comfortable single beds plus a sofa bed in the living room. My friend was very happy he didn’t have to listen to my snoring. Kitchen had enough tools to do our own cooking. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the Arena or the station.

Siamo rimasti particolarmente stupiti dalla splendida casa, pulita, organizzata, provvista di ogni comfort e anche qualche vizio da parte della proprietà.
Alloggio silenzioso, fresco, tutto ristrutturato e comodo per quattro persone.
La proprietaria è stata disponibile, affabile e premurosa.
