A classy hotel, comfortable and spotlessly clean room with kettle, coffee and teabags to make own drink. Lovely bathroom with handy extras like hod quality toiletries and non-slip bathmat. Fantastic breakfast with a huge choice, perfect for me as a vegan. The chickpeas in smoky tomato sauce were especially delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially on reception when arranging a car to the airport. I was with friends and there were spaces to meet as a group which we appreciated. All staff were smartly dressed (this is rare in England); everywhere in the hotel was pristine, for example, brass and glass polished and shining. Everything was of a very high standard, highly recommended.

Perfect location

We visited Verona 10 years ago and stayed at Accademia, we knew then we would return to this beautiful hotel. In a perfect location between Piazza Bra and Piazza della Erbe, and just off the main shopping street, you couldn't find a better placed hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, with large comfortable, clean rooms and friendly, professional staff. 10/10
