Lovely B&B. Rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great location! The breakfast is a self service system providing a good range of breakfast options. I would 100% recommend Rigoletto!

Disappointing breakfast set up

Breakfast at Rigoletto was a big disappointment .no bowls for cornflakes, coffee machine took a while to work, no fresh croissant , or orange juice. Security light and camera in kitchen area and any thing electric, such as the toaster and coffee machine, shut down at 10.00am. Until thefollowing morning. We came from a similar set up where where the receptionist made us tea and coffe on arrival and served us a beautiful breakfast in the morning. Our room was tastefully decorated, but with only one towel each. Next morning I mentioned it to a staff member and she gave us two face towels the expectation to use the same towel for your face and body is mean.

Good location

This is a cute bed and breakfast place in a very central location in Verona. 15-20 min walk to the central main station and just a 10 10 min walk to the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. The place provided some simple breakfast. The only con was we never saw the host after we checked in and was unable to reach him when the coffee machine didn't work in the morning or when we were supposed to check out. Overall, good place to stay if you just need a place for then night.

NOT A HOTEL, WORDE PLACE TO STAY IN

this wasn't a hotel ! the place is located in an office building, it's an apartment divided to three rooms. no reception, you can get stuck outside for the night and there is no one to come to. this palce should be removed from your since it is no where close to a hotel. the worse part is that the a.c. didn't work, it was too hot and there was no one to come to. WE CHANGED A HOTEL AT NIGHT, THAT PLACE WAS UNBERABLE

We are minimalists so don't need the services of a luxury hotel. This was a small room, very clean and compact. The continental breakfast has a little of a lot of things. We found all we needed. It was on the third floor so we really appreciated the ĺift (elevator). We would appreciate larger towels,though.

Well located hotel

The hotel does not have a physical lobby but the room make it up to any inconvenience that you might experience. You get everything you need within the premises and the lovely historical verona is just a couple of minutes walk

No comforts, but free sauna!

1) This is NOT a Hotel. This is a far BELOW STANDARD Bed & Breakfast: 5 small rooms, 3 bathrooms and a breakfast area located in an apartment on the second floor of a residential building. 2) Check-in is listed at 2:00PM, but when we arrived, around 4:00PM, one of the rooms was NOT READY yet. 3) The rooms were clean, but there is no closet to hang dresses, just a dresser and a rod attached to the wall and the room I was staying in, had NO TOWELS, and since the maid was already gone, I had to go look for them in the apartment. 4)NO AIR CONDITION. When we arrived there was a slight breeze (the temperature might have been around 25-26 degree Celsius inside), but with 35 degree Celsius outside, that setting did not do. I asked the maid, who was trying to finish to reset one of our rooms, to turn up the air conditioning. She said the owner was on vacation, the control panel was locked and she did not have access to it. We wound up having a rather sleepless and moist night. 5) NO WI-FI. The maid told us that the WiFi was not working and because of it, we had to PAY CASH for our stay. 6) The breakfast area is small. Although there was enough food to feed an army, there was NO HOST in the apartment so the guests were left on their own devices. Once the maid, has finished to reset the rooms for the day, there is no management on the premises. NOT A PLACE I WISH TO STAY AT EVER AGAIN!

Very nice room

Nice fancy room with, great location close to the main attractions. Very comfortable bed and a balcony. It's in an appartment building. The balcony overlooks the garden of the back of the appartments.

Lovely room but had to wait to use bathroom :(

HARD to find on the street, felt uncomfortable having to share the bathroom with so many people, but if you can deal with that, the room was lovely! I really appreciated the snacks upon arrival and the generous breakfast selection.
