On the ground floor: entrance, living room-kitchen-lounge, 1 bedroom accessible for people with reduced mobility with private bathroom and WC and a bathroom with double sink and separate WC. On the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm / 3 single beds 90 x 190 cm / 3 single beds 90 x 190 cm including 2 bunk beds / 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm). 2 bathrooms and 2 separate WCs. Large room for sports storage with WC. Terrace, courtyard and tarmac parking with a disabled space. Garden (partly sloping). Former village rectory from the 19th century, steeped in history and carefully renovated, 9 km from Lake Aiguebelette and 45 km from the ski slopes. Charming typical village nestled in the foothills of the Épine massif, nestled in the countryside, in the heart of the Avant-Pays-Savoyard. Between lake activities and gentle mountains, in a very calm environment. Superb rural setting preserved with meadows and forests. South-west facing slope. Warm contemporary country style. Vast living spaces and large exposed terrace with a superb open view. Very spacious, large-capacity gîte, nestled in an old 19th century village rectory. 9 km from Lake Aiguebelette and its beaches, 18 km from Lake Bourget (largest natural lake in France) and 25 km from Chambéry (historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy, city of Art and History) . 45 km from the family ski resorts of Granier, Désert d'Entremont and Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse. Preserved natural territory very close to the Chartreuse massif and its eponymous Natural Park. In Yenne is the ViaRhôna, a cycle route of more than 800km. Nearby, hikers can take the GR9 and other marked routes departing from the cottage. The shops are located in Novalaise, a charming village typical of the region, 7 km away and access is easy with the motorway exit which is 9 km away.

Très bel hébergement pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Le gîte est spacieux pour accueillir 12 personnes et la vue depuis l'espace de vie est magnifique. Sophie l'hôte d'accueil est très sympathique et a su nous orienter sur les activités aux alentours. Nous recommandons +++
