Private: natural state property. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. 100 m long steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house, in winter 100 m. Grocery 3.6 km, restaurant 3.6 km, bakery 5.6 km, bus stop "Les Masses, Ferme pédagogique" 700 m, railway station "Sion" 18 km. Chair lift 1.5 km. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Large balcony, east facing position, large terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside.
