small rooms, small bathroom(3' x 7') full with sink, toilett,BD and shower like a wall closett. No parking spot, No breakfast( time was from 8.00 untill 11.00 there were never in the Hotel at this time)

La Camera al terzo piano senza ascensore ma con un piccolo montacarichi ....bagno piccolissimo si può entrare uno alla volta ...doccia che perde acqua ovunque ...copriwater che cade ogni volta che ti siedi ...ho prenotato la Camera vista mare ...ma così non è visto che il mare e solo laterale e più vista Palazzo di fronte ....richiesta per una tripla 140euro a notte ..troppo per i servizi ...la sera chiude e se ti dimentichi la chiave del portone rimani fuori a dormire perché non ce nessuno a controllare ...Non e un.hotel ...

Buon hotel per una vacanza al mare in estate

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante il periodo invernale, e ritengo che lo stesso sia particolarmente indicato per un soggiorno durante il periodo estivo. Mi spiego; anzitutto la posizione, a 20MT circa dalla passeggiata di viareggio, dove si trovano gli stabilimenti balneari. Secondo punto la dimensione della camera e del bagno; mentre lo spazio riservato al letto e ai mobili nella camera è più che sufficiente per le esigenze di due persone (ovvero c'è spazio a sufficienza per i bagali, per poter riporre i vestiti e continuare a muoversi agevolmente all'interno della camera) il bagno è davvero molto piccolo; ci si deve incastrare tra wc lavandino e doccia, e se si è un pò fuori taglia la cosa diventa un pò macchinosa; inoltre lo stesso non è riscaldato, per cui in inverno capiterà di cambiarsi o farsi una doccia in un ambiente non dico freddo, ma sicuramente con una temperatura più bassa di quella del resto della stanza. Nulla da eccepire invece circa la pulizia delle stanze e comoda la presenza del bollitore in camera per thè o tisane

Non sono in grado di valutare la qualità dei servizi dell'hotel in quanto un signore, presentatosi come titolare dell'albergo, mi ha contattato telefonicamente il giorno prima della partenza per dirmi che non poteva ospitarmi in quanto aveva problemi con la caldaia e che pertanto, considerato che la mia prenotazione non era rimborsabile mi aveva prenotato una camera in un altro albergo (nei presso dello Chic) di pari livello, alle medesime condizioni, quindi senza aggiunta di ulteriori costi. Giunti sul posto con la mia famiglia (moglie e due bimbi di 0 e 3 anni), vedevo che l’hotel Chic, da poco ristrutturato (da come si vede dall’esterno e da quanto scritto nelle recensioni del giugno 2016 sul sito hotels.com), era chiuso (ovviamente non posso sapere se a causa della rottura della caldaia o per il fatto che eravamo gli unici ospiti della struttura e pertanto sarebbe risultato antieconomico mantenere aperta la struttura per una singola camera affittata ad un prezzo scontato). Purtroppo il titolare mi aveva contattato con un numero anonimo altrimenti lo avrei richiamato per fargli presente che: 1. La prenotazione non sarebbe stata rimborsabile se avessi rinunciato io e non se lui non mi avesse offerto il servizio; 2. L’hotel in cui ci ha fatto soggiornare era un due stelle e le condizioni della struttura erano ben lontane da quelle dell’hotel Chic. Pertanto la mia valutazione riguarda unicamente la correttezza del titolare della struttura che definirei pessima.
