Perfect spot for exploring Tuscany

Owners were very friendly and easy to deal with. Property had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Location was perfect, being handy for city centre, beach and train station.

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser netten Wohnung. Die Lage ist TOP. Zwei Minuten zu Fuß in die Passegiata, zum Strand, zum nächsten (kleineren) Supermarkt. Trotzdem dass die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt ist sie sehr ruhig da sie in einem Innenhof liegt. Check in u. out sehr unkompliziert. Alessandro und Paola sind nette Gastgeber. Es war alles sehr sauber, Küche gut ausgestattet mit allen erforderlichen Küchenutensilien. Das Einzige was gefehlt hat, war die allernötigste Ausstattung mit Grundnahrungsmitteln (Zucker, Salz, Öl, Essig, zumindest 1 Flasche Wasser) Kann man vielleicht nicht erwarten, wäre aber eine nette Geste gewesen. Auch die Parkplatzsituation (die im Zentrum von Viareggio meistens sehr schwierig ist) haben wir dadurch gut gelöst dass wir uns ein Wochenticket für 25€ gekauft haben (beim Tabacchieri in der Passegiata). Da kann man auf allen blau gekennzeichneten Parkplätzen parken. FAZIT: Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt im PAOLA Shell House und würden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Geweldig huis met veel privacy

We hebben ruim 2 weken hier verbleven. De lokatie is geweldig. Vlakbij het strand. De bakker tegenover en supermarkt dichtbij. Het huis met prive tuin was top. Wij hadden fietsen bij ons en die konden we veilig achter het hek zetten in de tuin. Overal horren voor de muggen en airco op de slaapkamers. Alles was in huis voor koken. Veel restaurants in de buurt en erg leuke winkels om te shoppen. De gastheer en gastvrouw waren erg vriendelijk en we voelden ons meer dan welkom. Viareggio is een mooie plaats. Met de auto naar Lucca was een half uur rijden. Pisa met de trein was ook te doen. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Ruhige Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr günstig in Strandnähe, Nähe zum Supermarkt und Bahnhof. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und helfen gerne bei Fragen und Anliegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine erholsame Zeit!

Be warm, be welcome, be at home

Schöne, saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete Wohnung auf zwei Etagen. Vermieter freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Ruhige Wohnung, Bahnhof, Meer und Zentrum von Viareggio sind zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist in Fussnähe.

Tutto ok

La casa è veramente perfetta e ben arredata - letti e cuscini ottimi. Cucina ok- televisore ok- docce perfette- insomma è una location in cui cui tornerei anche domani... se potessi! Non c’è stato bisogno di usare l’aria condizionata, comunque a disposizione. La casa si trova in una via centralissima comoda sia per il mare, per i negozi, per la passeggiata mattutina o serale e per la spiaggia, a pochi minuti a piedi. Padroni di casa veramente ospitali e gentilissimi. L’unica cosa da segnalare è l’accesso all’appartamento che è particolare: tipico, però, delle case dette”viareggine”. Per noi è stata una settimana veramente magica.

Absolut empfehlenswert ! - fantastico !

Die Wohnung (über zwei Stockwerke) ist sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Sie ist mit Geschmack eingerichtet und man fühlst sich sofort wohl. In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht: Küche gut ausgestattet, Bügelbrett, TV, Satellite, Safe, Wäscheständer, Terrassenmübel, etc. etc. Schlafzimmer: Die Betten sind sehr gut, wir haben wunderbar auf den Matratzen geschlafen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral: wenige Schritte zum Stand, Strandpromenade, Geschäfte, Post, Supermarkt und einigen netten Bars und Restaurants. Nichts desto trotz kann man auf der Terrasse (in einem Innenhof) die Ruhe genießen !!! Die Vermieter sind ein junges und nettes Paar. Sie wohnen in dem vorderen Haus und sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Woche genossen. Bestimmt werden wir wieder zu Paola' s Shell zurück kommen. Un sejour tres agreable

Un sejour tres agreable dans une maison confortable, propre et bien equipée. Nous avons ete remarquablement accueillis par Paola et Alessandro, merci pour le tres bon gateau d accueil ! Situé au centre de Viareggio, cela permet de tout faire a pied, les commissions comme d aller a la plage !

Excelente alojamiento con muy buena ubicación

Durante el mes de agosto nos hemos encontrado muy cómodos en el apartamento. Está dotado de todas las comodidades y utensilios básicos para hacer una vida cotidiana. Es de agradecer la disponibilidad de un pequeño patio con plantas y un árbol que nos ha permitido desayunar con tranquilidad y disfrutar de la calma y de una vista agradable. La ubicación es extraordinaria, debido a que se encuentran muy cercanos los transportes públicos, los supermercados, museos, biblioteca, "lungomare", etc. Los propietarios (Paola y Alessandro) han sido muy amables y en todo momento han estado a nuestra disposición para ayudarnos ante cualquier imprevisto. Recomendamos este apartamento para aquellos que deseen conocer Viareggio y la Versilia. Francisco y Laly.

Wohlfühlort

Wir waren zu viert in dem Haus und hatten eine schöne Woche dort. Die Lage ist zentral, der Strand ist nah. Man wohnt in einem ruhigen, schön angelegten Innenhof. Die Vermieter wohnen im Vorderhaus. Sie sind nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Voll empfehlenswert!

Ottimo soggiorno

La proprietà si trova in una zona molto comoda, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e dal lungomare. E' una tipica casa viareggina su due livelli, molto ben organizzata, situata all'interno di un cortiletto, pertanto molto tranquilla e silenziosa.È dotata di tutti i comfort ed è molto accogliente. I proprietari abitano proprio di fronte, sono discreti ma molto disponibili. Consigliatissima anche per famiglie con bambini.

Ruhiges, gut ausgestattetes Haus mitten in der Stadt und nahe am Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, im Hinterhof mit kleinem Vorplatz zum draussen sitzen, innen gut ausgestattet und mit Liebe dekoriert. Die Vermieter wohnen gleich nebenan, sie sind sehr sympatisch und hilfsbereit, wenn immer man etwas braucht, kann man sich an sie wenden. Wir haben z.B. einen Kinderhochstuhl bekommen. Der Strand, die Promenade und Geschäfte sowie der Markt in der Stadt sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir können das Feriendomizil herzlich weiterempfehlen.

Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Die Innenräume des Hauses waren sind sehr dunkel. Im Kinderzimmer fehlte ein Fliegengitter - war aber für das gesamte Haus angegeben. Sehr störend war der Baulärm in der Nachbarschaft

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Lage

Freundliche Vermieter, die jederzeit für uns da waren. Ein schönes Haus - es ist alles da, was man für das tägliche Leben benötigt. Die Lage für Ausflüge ist optimal, es gibt sehr viel zu sehen und zu erkunden. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub!!!! Vielen Dank nochmals!!!!

Sehr zentrale, saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft mit sehr netten Vermietern.

Paola und Alessandro sind sehr sehr nette Leute. Schon bei der Ankunft kam man sich vor, als ob man sich schon länger kennt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich Begrüsst. Uns wurde die Wohnung (eigentlich schon Haus) ins Detail gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist so etwas von gemütlich. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Die Einrichtung der Küche bietet alles was man zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Schlafzimmer: Wir mit unseren Rückenproblemen, haben Mega gut in den Betten geschlafen. Auch die grossen Schränke, bieten enorm viel Platz für Kleider. Die supertolle Lage der Wohnung ist einfach genial!!! Nah zum Strand, Promenade, Zentrum, Post und Einkaufen . Trotzdem sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Herzlichen Dank für schöne Zeit, die wir in Paola Shell verbringen durften. Wir sehen uns sicherlich bald wieder. Kurt & Claudia

Fijn huis en centraal gelegen

Als moeder en dochter een week lang genoten vanuit dit geweldig gelegen en toch rustige vakantiehuis in Viareggio. Aanvulling op vorige recensies: -Heel makkelijk aan te reizen via Pisa Airport, nieuwe lightrail ‘Pisamover’ in 8 minuten naar Pisa centraal station. Rijdt iedere 10 min. -10 min lopen vanaf station Viareggio. Treinen naar o.a. Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Montecatini Terme, goede verbindingen en goedkoop, download de Engelstalige Trenìt –App voor de actuele dienstregeling. -Strand is vlakbij. In het hoogseizoen allemaal privéstranden, waar je een plaats kunt huren met parasol en ligbedden. Per plaats ongeveer €15/dag. In het voorseizoen was er bij hotel Principe di Piemonte een mooi vrij toegankelijk strand, te voet bereikbaar. Meer vrije stranden een eind naar het zuiden, met auto of fiets bereikbaar. - In het grote park vlakbij (Pineta di Ponente) zijn prima fietsen te huur bij Patrizia (no. 2) Het huis is sfeervol ingericht en superschoon. Foto’s en beschrijving kloppen helemaal, behalve dat het eenpersoonsbed een stapelbed is geworden. Alles werkt goed, prima wifi, keukenuitrusting o.k. Alleen matras/bodem van tweepersoonsbed vonden we veel te zacht, doorgegeven aan de eigenaar, wordt naar gekeken. Paola en Alessandro zijn erg gastvrij, spreken prima Engels, staan na een sms-je gelijk klaar en geven veel privacy. Paola & Alessandro, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno bellissimo. a good holiday house in Viareggio

Paola's shell is a comfortable holiday house in the Centre of Viareggio near beach and shops. The house is complete and clean and has a quiet garden. Only the Wifi was very disappointing ; it is only available in a corner of the garden, not in the house. Paula promised to improve this. We liked to stay in Paola's shell and will come back. greetings Hetty and Paul
