I love the style of the building and how convenient it is for everything . The team there made me feel very welcome and looked after my every need . It was an amazing location for the carnival as was on the carnival route . We stayed at the Palace for 2 nights as part of a Tuscany tour. The hotel is right opposite the beach and promenade . Parking is using the local street parking . Local restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. The hotel terrace bar is a must to witness the wonderful sunsets .

Lovely property. However, we found one staff member who needed to be more informed about local activities and dining. We were directed to a museum that had already closed, then to a restaurant that was closed. All other staff were found to be friendly helpful and knowledgeable.

Beautiful hotel very close to the beach and boardwalk. We were upgraded to a room ocean view with balcony and enjoyed the view but unable to leave doors open due to road noise. Air conditioning did not work well for the warm weather in July. Otherwise we recommend.
