Charming Pavilion in Perche Park with Bikes, Ping Pong, Garden, and More

In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, near the village of Vichères, this charming cottage welcomes you for a stay surrounded by nature.
Accommodating up to 6 people, this cottage is the perfect place to discover authentic countryside, manor houses and castles, gardens and abbeys.

Bicycles, a pool table, and a ping-pong table are available in the cottage.

The raised ground floor comprises a living/dining room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140x190cm), a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with four single beds (90x190cm). Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, and refrigerator; living/dining room (38 m²) with fireplace (insert), TV, VCR, DVD player, telephone, printer, and Wi-Fi access; two bedrooms, each with a double bed (cot available on request); shower room; separate WC. Upstairs: One bedroom with four single beds and a TV.

Garage with washing machine, dryer, freezer, table tennis, and pool table. Enclosed garden (2500 m²) with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, bicycles available for use, and a swing set.

Oil heating is charged to the guest based on consumption at the end of their stay. Bed linen and cleaning services are available for hire. Pets are welcome.
A security deposit of €300.00 is required for the stay, and a separate security deposit of €350.00 is required for pets.

Le Perche est une région agréable, jolie campagne tranquille, riche en patrimoine.Le seul défaut, ce sont les restaurants , peu nombreux. Il faut réserver. Par contre, on mange bien. Bon séjour.
