Welcome to Studio 11 bis, a place designed to be much more than a standard short-term rental.

Located directly opposite Vichy's beautiful parks, in the sought-after Quartier de France, this fully renovated 35 m² apartment has been thoughtfully designed to offer a warm, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Every detail has been carefully selected as if we were creating our own home away from home.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a functional bathroom, a dining area, a smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the apartment also includes a washer-dryer, coffee machine, bed linens and towels, as well as access to Netflix, Prime Video, and Canal+.

A Place with a Story

The name "11 bis" was not chosen by chance.

One year before purchasing the apartment, we discovered an old street sign bearing the number "11 bis" during a road trip through Portugal. Without knowing it at the time, it would later become the symbol of this project. Today, the original sign remains part of the apartment's décor.

The artwork displayed throughout the apartment was specially created for the space by artist REPYONE, giving the property its own distinctive character.

Whether you are visiting Vichy for a spa treatment, a business trip, a weekend getaway, or a longer holiday, Studio 11 bis has been designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

More than just accommodation, it is a unique place to experience Vichy differently.
