Room was clean but bed covering & floor had cigarette burns in Non Smoking room! Extra lock on door didn’t work & light coming thru & air leaking out around door. HVAC unit was intermittent due to faulty plug/lightsock!! Didn’t even stock room with TP & in freezing cold half sick, I had to walk back down to office to get roll of TP to be able to take a pee!! Had to wait to get checked in while employee finished smoking her cigarette!!

The room was pretty clean, the area is great, it was quiet, and the shower pressure was one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel in Vicksburg. But honestly, the beds are so bad it completely ruined all the good reviews I could have. We had to go to walmart and buy a memory foam topper to put on the bed just so we could sleep.. we woke up in so much pain it was like sleeping on a brick. No give to it whatsoever. I was really impressed with the place until it was time to sleep and wanted to give really good reviews but the bed is kind of the most important part...
