Villa Ramona is a characteristic and welcoming three-story villa situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Ramona you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of Lattari Mountains. Villa Ramona is 290 square meters (3122 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 11 km (6.8 miles) from the center of Vico Equense, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 150 meters (490 feet), a grocery store at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles) and the closest beach (Marina di Vico Equense beach) at 12.3 km (roughly 7.7 miles).
You will reach Villa Ramona from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long, 2 meters (6.5 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of Lattari Mountains. The pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.
Patio 1
The first patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof and by trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a stonework barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. The garden is equipped with benches, as well as with sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of Lattari Mountains.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, featuring suspended chandeliers, and include two sofas, an armchair and a rocking chair. There is a small fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has a arched window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. The ceiling of the kitchen has characteristic exposed wood beams. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room also has two large windows.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter it from the living room. First FloorPatio 2
The second patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof and by a pergola. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs and with an hammock. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of Lattari Mountains.

The second living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a sofa, three armchairs, a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk. From the living room you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door. The room also has three arched windows.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. In this room you will find a sauna. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second living room.
Second FloorBedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. This room has no door. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a arched window, as well as a porthole window.
