No. 8 The Block is the perfect destination for a great weekend or short stay holiday. Located in close proximity and within walking distance to beaches, shops, cafes, restaurants, the upgraded main street precinct, and Victor Central shopping mall, this property offers everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Featuring Three large and spacious bedrooms, this apartment can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests (maximum of 10 adults and 4 x children under 10yrs). The first bedroom boasts a comfortable Double size bed, while the second bedroom features a Queen and bunk bed. The third bedroom offers a Queen bed and 2 x family bunks (double bed with single on top) and a sliding door to the balcony. Please note all top bunks are only suitable for 10 years and younger. The property also includes two bathrooms, a large one upstairs and a smaller one downstairs. The kitchen offers quality appliances, a coffee machine, cooking facilities, and a dishwasher. The split system heating and cooling ensures that you are comfortable throughout your stay.

Secure parking is included for one car, and the large living and entertaining area extends out to the undercover rear patio, which features an outdoor dining setting. The living area is equipped with a smart television and DVD player, and a laundry with a washing machine is available for your convenience.

This apartment is perfect for any combination, whether it be a couple or a family, with ample room for two families. The apartment is directly across the road from a park, perfect for the kids to play, or if you feel like a swim, it is only a 2-minute walk to the beach.

A number of issues during our 5 nights stay: - property was clean still managed to find multiple used ecigerrettes under bed - none of the air conditioners worked in heating mode - dishwasher didn’t work at all - though property was advertised for 14 people, water heater is an off peak model and will only supply hot water for 6-8 people. May be the owner should consider reducing the number of beds or change heater. Upon complaining to the agent of all these issues, no effort was made to fix anything apart from an advise to take short showers. My complaint to Wotif is just being tossed around multiple people. Look for other options to save yourself from hassles
