We stayed two nights here and I wish we could have stayed a little longer. The signature rooms was very nice with a queen size bed, double rainfall showers/sinks and a outside porch where you can watch the wildlife walk by. One thing to consider is the showers/bath are open concept so its kinda like you are bathing in the open room with just a small partition separating from the bed (not an issue for me as I was staying alone). The shuttle was very convenient to get to the falls and other areas in town. If you are going somewhere that is not on the shuttle stop just let the driver know and they will accommodate. The pool area/bar was really nice although the water was too cold for me. We only had a chance to eat the breakfast here and it was 10/10. I got the French toast. I also got a massage at the spa and it was easily one of the best massages I ever received (and I get massages monthly). The prices were super cheap as well compared to the US. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

The property itself was very good (food, staff, rooms, etc), however the location did not match what was given by Expedia. The hotel was described as being a 15 minute walk from the Falls. However, it is a full five kilometers along a road that is not safe for pedestrians. Furthermore, the map provided by Expedia for the listing suggested it was on the outskirts of town and near bars and restaurants. That was clearly not the case.

Beautiful hotel, stylish rooms, but the shower is open so best for couples as opposed to friends or siblings. Nice swimming pool and sun lounges very peaceful with a good shuttle regularly going into town.

The property is close to the Zambezi River but not on its shores. It is beautiful and quiet. There is a complimentary shuttle to Victoria Falls National Park.

I was double charged for my stay and had to have an extensive discussion as to their accounting error. When they finally admitted they were wrong they just said that’s the way it goes in Africa. The staff service was horrible at the front desk and restaurant and all the above ruined our stay

Beautiful property, with spacious clean rooms equppied with rain shower and mini fridge kept well stocked with water. Large pool, outdoor dining 3 meals/day. Shuttle to falls and shopping center was very convenient, and airport pickup for $15 pp helpful. Food was very good though they were often out of stock (bananas, avocado, sparkling water, sparkling wine). Multiple power outages meant wifi was often out. Would like a water dispenser at the pool.

We had a quick two day stay so we could enjoy Victoria Falls. The staff were wonderful, location was great, the property was very peaceful. We truly enjoyed our experience. The only tiny recommendation we would have is for the wonderful dinner experience, possibly add a few more choices for those that are lactose intolerant. The ambience at dinner was beautiful. We truly enjoyed our short stay.

What a gorgeous property. Our room was great. We were sad we only booked 2 nights. The food was delicious and the menu changed nightly. Our maid Suko (??) was very sweet. I hope she got the package we left for her.
