Hotel is close to city and tram , and staff are nice .

The property was lovely. Not what I was expecting. The room was bigger than I thought and we were lucky to get a small balcony to sit and have a morning coffee on. Buffet breakfast was nice but not coeliac friendly, I had to ask staff if the chef could cook up a separate plate for me. They did this which was lovely, they did make it clear that that couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination in the kitchen. Although lots of places around the hotel that I could eat at safely.

the customer office service is very bad, no one reply message and phone, and bond still not refund yet!

Staff were friendly and professional , room was comfortable and clean and the king size bed was very comfortable . The location was perfect for our stay .

The blinds in the lounge room were see through. (I may as well not have had blinds!) I was not able to stay at this property for my entire booking and had to change hotels.
