This suite was perfect for our trip to Victoria. Lots of room, comfy beds, beautiful setting & very accommodating host. It's a 5 minute walk to the ocean with lots of walking trails nearby. We were close to our daughter which is why we chose this neighborhood but still only a 20 minute drive to downtown.

We enjoyed our stay. Wish it could have been longer. The listing could have said more about the really nice beach/waterfront walk about 1 block away. That made our evening.

We were surprised as to the price for this lovely accommodations. It was exactly as described. Very clean. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 is because the carpets and walls had a few stains that perhaps were caused by previous guests. I however would use this accommodation again. Host was exceptionally warm and accommodating. Very clean. Being a basement suite, we were ready to forgive upper floor footsteps which was very minimal.
