This property was rated an 8/10 when I booked it for two nights to visit my family for Christmas. When I arrived, most of the lights were burned out in the front parking lot, the lobby and room smelled like mildew, and there was hair still on the mattress of the bed. I walked in and immediately walked back out without even staying the night. I'm not sure how the property got the rating it did, but in no way did it meet the expectations I had for my stay.

When we walked into lobby it smelled. Got to room was musty wet smell. Around walls and floors were bugs (dead and alive). Was disgusting. Left and am still waiting for refund.

The one thing I liked about it was the price I got for two nights at the hotel but as soon as I got there, I had paid already through Expedia and the lady told me I didn’t pay enough and then she charged me another $200 and I know on the ATM card to take three or four days to get. She said she can give the manager and see what she could do. I haven’t got that refund yet. Also the toilet was leaking. There was no body wash in the shower. It smelt like sewer on the first and third floors. The elevator was out the whole time we had to walk three flights of stairs to go down for breakfast and back up to my room, there was no coffee and cups in my room the ice machine on third floor has been working for a long time because I stay there about a half a dozen times and the third floor ice machine doesn’t work

We traveled from San Antonio was late . We were so tired. So we asked for 1st floor front desk was awesome and she was fast and quick. Within minutes we were already on our rooms. Know noice rooms were beautiful, clean. Breakfast was good . We will definitely be staying there again. Thank you keep up the amazing job.

Bathroom had mold all over shower/Bathroom door, door frame. Had no where to move us, was reassured by the day staff that it would be cleaned and it wasn't done, smoke alarm started going off in the middle of night and had no way to help us change battery or take down.
