Absolutely gorgeous room. Very spacious and clean. Bed are extremely comfortable. I had a third floor room facing Jacks Restaurant and could hear little to no noise at all. Secure underground parking charged daily

Located in a stunning area of Greater Victoria/Langford, on Bear Mountain. Very good reasonable restaurant/cafe Jacks across the road. Room was clean and comfortable. Additional parking charge was a surprise, as there is nowhere else to park other than in the underground. Add $10 additional per night to your rate. It is out of the way from downtown or the coastline, but worth the drive.

The property is very conveniently located, clean and quiet.The bed was very comfortable and the service staff were very responsive to all requests.We stayed on the mountain view side which is dark compared the front side of the building.Overall an excellent stay.

Very comfortable. Overnight parking was not included. Which was totally ok, but was not told by staff at check-in when parking was discussed. There was just a bill slipped under the door in the morning. I'd prefer to be told at check-in instead of bills slipped under the door, but that's just my preference. Otherwise no complaints about the actual stay, would book again.
