Why drive when you can walk? This beautiful South-facing two bedroom, two bathroom condo is a legal and fully licensed vacation rental located in the heart of downtown Victoria. All that the city has to offer is just steps away!

This brand new modern condo has large windows with breathtaking views of the snow-capped Olympic Mountains and downtown (and some ocean glimpses). You can enjoy a meal out at one of the many restaurants nearby, or take advantage of the barbeque on the balcony and the gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), quartz countertops, large double sink and stocked with all the appliances and utensils you need. At the end of the day you can relax in the luxurious deep soaker tub in the ensuite or beautiful walk-in shower in the main bathroom before retiring to one of the two comfortable Queen beds. The condo is so quiet that you would never guess that it is located in the middle of lively downtown Victoria. Other amenities included are a parking spot in the secure underground parking lot, washer and dryer as well as a big screen high def TV, digital cable, and high speed internet.

The expansive social lounge is an oasis in the city, with views of the surrounding Victoria architecture. It includes a beautiful common area with a tv, bar and large patio with barbecue and gas fire pits.

The trip was amazing! Our Vrbo had fantastic views and was in a great location. It was walking distance to so many amazing stores, restaurants and bars. The seagulls were definitely obnoxious but i would stay again!

Just Like Home
This was an incredible gem in the heart of downtown Victoria. Very walkable. We spent 60 days there and the host provided 60 days of supplies for us. The unit had a washer and dryer which was crucial for our extended stay. Best of everything from bed, bedding and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. We’ve stayed in several VRBO’s and this was the best. Except for occasional street noise and squeaking seagulls, it was fabulous! Very modern , clean and in a safe and well appointed building. Would highly recommend.

Loved this property. The owners have thought of every possible need you may have. It was clean and in the heart of downtown. It was perfect for a couple. I think it would have been a little too tight for more than two adults. I definitely would recommend this property.

The area was a little noisy (even on the 9th floor) but manageable with the windows closed (this would be more of a concern in the summer/warmer weather since there is no air conditioning). There were a considerable number of homeless people but I/we still felt safe due to the security of the building and parking area.

We were delighted with our stay at "Gorgeous 2B in Victoria". The downtown location was close to attractions and shopping. The condo was super clean and comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with quality dishware and cooking implements as well as (beyond the) basic necessities for cooking meals, coffee, tea etc. We had a very comfortable stay.
