Very rude ! Never complained in my life . Drove 9 hours . Just to tell me my deposits 100+ while hearing the previous customer only having to pay 50. Wouldn't take cash. He definitely talked to us like we were dumb for no reason other than because he was having a bad day. Be careful everyone.

Everything was great except for the sunday housekeeper is rude and she does not like to clean the room when you stay here for more than 2 days it should be cleaned every other day and she complains I was going to clean it myself but honestly she was being rude, she didn't want to give me a broom and the things I needed to clean and she literally took all day to get to my room still didn't clean it just gave me towels and left my trash

The room was nice, though there was a hole (burn spot) in the comforter which seemed kind of tacky. Not exactly generous with the towels. Manager was rather brusque, bordering on rude in some interactions. Overall an okay place.

I didn't get to stay here . This place didn't notify me of a 200 dollar down payment fee, but I paid for me room online . Once I showed up to the property the worker at the front desk asked for 200 dollar security down payment . I didn't have the money on me at the moment. So I couldnt stay , and they never gave me back my money . Worker at the front desk said it wasn't his problem . But I guess it was my fault for not knowing they asked for 200 dollar down. .. I would at least think they would notify me to have the 200 before they took my money for the room . Or at least give me my money back . For not making it clear or notifying me before I booked the room . . It was embarrassing showing up 2 hours away from home and then. Having to spend the night in my car when I had already paid for a room .

This property did not let me check in. When I arrived the man at front desk said “we are sold out” I told him I booked 2 rooms and he said no I don’t have it. Expedia told me they would resend him my reservation when I asked him if he could check again he stated “I don’t work for you. You are not my boss I don’t have check” he refused to check. Expedia told me they would contact him and he was not answering. I was not able to get assistance from Expedia. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!
