Welcome to Villa Davvi dállu - your "House of the North" in the picturesque municipality of Älvsbyn. The detached villa was completely renovated and refurbished in August 2025 to offer you a modern, comfortable home in the midst of the breathtaking nature of northern Sweden. This house is ideal for up to six people looking for peace, relaxation and high-quality facilities in a private atmosphere.

The centrepiece of the house is the spacious and open-plan living area on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as an airfryer, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a sandwich maker and a hand mixer, so that you can fully develop your culinary skills here. The adjoining dining area offers space for all guests at the large table. In the living room, you can relax on the sofa and use your own streaming services via the 55-inch smart TV (please note that there is no conventional free TV). A heat pump ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round and serves as air conditioning in summer.

On the ground floor you will also find the three cosy bedrooms, all of which have been freshly renovated and guarantee you a restful night's sleep. The "Berry" bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm). In the "Blue" bedroom, you will also find a double bed (180x200 cm) as well as a practical desk and a guest safe. The third bedroom, "Yellow", has a double bed (160x200 cm). All rooms can be darkened and are equipped with wardrobes and fly screens on the windows. The modern bathroom is equipped with two washbasins, a shower and a Bluetooth speaker.

The outdoor area of the villa is a real highlight. The large, private garden invites you to linger and play. In the conservatory, you can enjoy the outdoors all year round, protected from the sun. The windows are childproof and a fly screen ensures undisturbed moments. In the evening, you can round off the day by the fireplace. For our younger guests, there is a play and activity house with a swing, play kitchen and other outdoor games. A very special highlight is the wood-heated sauna at the back of the garage, which you can reach through the conservatory or the garage. Please note that the sauna is still awaiting approval by the chimney sweep and that you must either bring your own firewood or purchase it from us.

Thanks to its remote location, Villa Davvi dállu is the ideal place for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The famous Storforsen rapids are only about 5 km away and easily accessible by car, with a parking space right next to the house. For longer stays, a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is available in the basement. Please note that the laundry room is only accessible via a staircase, which may be an obstacle for guests with reduced mobility.
