Can be a bit warm in the room on hot days, was 29 degrees in vienna and the room was a bit warmer than hoped despite having the room thermostat set to its lowest Would stay again

My family of 4 stayed here in May 26. I would recommend without hesitation. Location is excellent (near the Metro). The rooms were comfortable. My children used the gym. I used the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and very friendly. For example Ruhi a member of the team helped us plan our visit to Salzburg. The breakfast was excellent. I will certainly return if I am back in Vienna. The room was nice but not spotless. The parking situation was complicated, to find the entry with the provided coordinates was impossible, the hotel parking was full and the public parking was extremely creepy. The pool was nice in the hot days but i wouldn’t choose it half the year, because of the walking distance, when it gets colder. Also it was smaller than expected. Convenient was the public transport and a shop in house.

Great location- 5 mins from ubahn (then 10-15 mins to the centre of Vienna). The staff were so friendly and helpful - booking a taxi from the airport in advance). Freshly cooked breakfast was very tasty. Rooms well equipped with extra towels and robes for the pool. Everything was spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend
