The bathroom tub is incredibly high making it difficult to get in and out especially for the elderly. The front desk staff is very matter of fact no details provided besides sign here and here’s your key. Essentially lacking in customer service. I would also add hotel has the basics.

the room has glass toilet door; the glass is not even tinted and the light shines through into the room; no phone inside the room, the sink is low and the vanity mirror does not allow to wash the dace; the towels are hanged far from the shower; very poor design.

The room was bigger than what we expected and pretty much close to everything you wish for especially for moving around the city as the Grand Central Station is close by. I would definity come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and clean rooms, many grocery shops around, coffee shops and restaurants as well. Less than 20 minutes walk to Stephansplatz. I'll stay here again!

We 3 friends travel together, so we pick a big room. Our room is so great, it has 1 separate bedroom that has a cute small balcony with outdoor chairs. And have 2 twin bed so we all have our own bed. The location is good, close to main train station and easy walk to couple attractions.

There were building works happening when we stayed, and the work was right outside our room at 7:45 am, when I raised this with the front desk, they seemed more interested is saying something that would get rid of me than doing anything about it. Works included installing a wifi Access point in our room, but this had very visible lights on it flashing all night.

Confusion on arrival as the name of the hotel had changed. Lift was out of order on arrival and only fixed on last day. Bed was comfortable. Good places to eat breakfast nearby as breakfast at the hotel was minimal. Bathroom was clean. Lots of early morning noise outside our window.
