First time trying a hotel room with a small kitchen, and it was very nice! Able to stock up on beverages and snacks. Comfy beds. The hotel is very sentral, just a few stops with the u-bahn and you are for example at stefansdom, etc

The hotel is in a good location, close to a metro station. The staff is helpful and welcoming. This is the first time we have heard of rooms not being cleaned and tidied up except for an extra charge, apparently a common practice in Austria. Apart from that, everything was great!

Room was spacious in living areas and breakfast had a variety of options. Daniel at reception was so helpful and always had such a great energy. He really was exceptional.

We were placed in an accessible room without them notifying us. We were already settled that's why we didn't bring it up. One part of the window curtain fell and we informed them but no one came. Laundry is 12 euros. Front desk is round the clock and approachable. Room os quote dated for a Best Western. Location is great as near the train station and there's a grocery and bakery nearby.

The room was beautiful! Very clean and spacious. Loved having the kitchen/dining area. We appreciated the coffee and tea very much! This hotel is close to done very good restaurants, bus and subway station.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was out of the way from the hub bub of the city but close enough to metro to get anywhere in town. The front desk staff were so pleasant and helpful with what to see. The room was large and very clean.

Once we got there realized it was in the perfect place for a family. Walking distance to stores and trains. The separate room with sofa bed was awesome for the three of us.

Stay Away From This Hotel. They are misleading by FOUR ****”, it’s a cheap 1* hotel. This was absolutely below standard for Best Western or any franchise chain. Located in rundown and unsafe armed, ugly hotel conditions, safety was a big concern, quality of room / amenities / bedding were below standard. I will never recommend this hotel.

The property was nothing like the photos. It was a bog standard apartment nothing celebrity or luxury about it. The lifts were next to a steel stair case which looked ghastly. There was cameras and ring door bells dotted every where. It is around 30 minutes to get into the heart of Vienna. I would not book this property again for €710 this was way overpriced for a 3 night stay.
